Shri. Bhadrabahu Rural Minority Education Society(R) Shantinagar, Bedkihal Circle, Shamanewadi Taluka: Chikodi District: Belgaum. Was Registered under Karnataka Registration Act of 1960 on July 2003 under the Chairmanship of Dr. Chandrakant Baburao Patil.

About Us

On the banks of river Doodhganga the twin villages Shamanewadi – Bedkihal who are Proud of 11 freedom fighters. Shri. Bhadrabahu Rural Minority Education Society(R) Shantinagar, Bedkihal Circle, Shamanewadi Tal: Chikkodi Dist: Belgaum. Was Registered under Karnataka Registration Act of 1960 on 2004 under the Chairmanship of Dr. Chandrakant Baburao Patil of Shamanewadi. Tal: Chikodi Dist: Belgaum.

Objectives of Our Society

  • The promotion of education and charity.
  • The promotion of sports.
  • To start educational institutions right from lower level to the collegiate level.
  • To start & run Hotels & free boarding for the needy students.
  • To arrange seminars & other activities to bring the common understanding amongst the members of the society.
  • To arrange function for felicitating the persons who dedication their life for the welfare of the Society & Religion.


Achievements of Our society


The Management observed that the graduals of Shamanewadi Bedkihal who are willing to do B.Ed but because of financial problems cannot go to cities for the course. So it was decided to open the B.Ed college started in the year 2004 and 100 students were admitted. It was felt that there should be a practicing adjoins the B.Ed college.
Jain Munis and social workers who are visited to our society are felicitation. This institution arranges marriage functions and also health campus like Eye Camps Aids, Pulse Polio, Citizenship Training Camp etc. through our College Programmes. Our society is progressing day by day gaining its names in the Taluka and District for the development of social and cultural assets of the society and its members.
